Okay! Oral Thermometer

$3,600.00

Boo Deity has a paintbrush on somehow predicting the future. She painted this piece in 2018, two years before the global pandemic that shut down the nation. In the piece, a nurse holds a thermometer. The look on the woman’s face is concerning. The tall stacks in the background read “PREMIUM”–a tongue-in-cheek notion that we will not stop producing the crap we love until the planet is destroyed.

The seemingly gloom subject is interjected with a glimpse of hope by the beautiful ever-growing plumeria flower. The foliage representing hope, reproduction, and peace.
